Using some of the most powerful evidence-based therapies, mindset changing techniques, embodiment work, hands-on executive business leadership experience, and wisdom from some of the world's greatest inspirational teachings, Kirsty and Jon Macdonald have created a deeply transformational way of helping their clients move towards being the best version of themselves and in doing so many have found this to be life-changing.
In our one-to-one sessions you will have a chance to explore where you're at and what the next level of impact you want may be. Whether it's in gaining freedom from something in particular that is holding you back or creating an inspiring way of impacting your business or the world - this is a chance for you to go deep into an area that could be truly transformational for your success in your business or enterprise.
Some of the topics we have coached our clients on include: leadership mastery, purpose and presence, strategy and delivery support for employee engagement, vision and mission setting, strategy sessions, business and team culture advice and support, delivery planning and processes, time management optimisation, securing success in the early stages of promotions to larger or new roles, and breaking free of limiting beliefs.
The first step is to book an initial free 30 minute call.
This may lead into us working together in e.g. a one-off 90 minute session or a longer leadership coaching arrangement.
The fee for a one-off 90 minute session is £250 and our coaching arrangements range from £5,000 to £250,000.
